The most affordable and most available Share Nest living options include two or three self-contained studio-style living spaces, each with a private bedroom, ensuite and kitchenette and sitting area, complemented by shared spaces such as a kitchen, dining area, laundry, outdoor entertaining area and gardens. This provides the perfect balance between independence and connection, allowing everyone to enjoy their own private retreat while sharing the benefits of a larger home.

Dual living options such as these are typically more expensive than other Share Nest designs because they require larger blocks of land, cost more to build than a traditional home and attract higher council infrastructure charges. However, if you have the budget, they can be a great option for a co-ownership property.

Dual living designs can also be tailored when co-owners have different space needs.
